This introduction leads to an optional, more in-depth 18-month International Constellation Training – Movements in The Field of Life starting in the fall of 2021.
To enter into the advanced Constellation work we must begin with a strong base. During this intensive, you will learn this foundation.
Ron Young is not a traditional "Family Constellation Therapist." In order to do his work of "Spiritual Healing Constellations" a deeper spiritual development is required. During the introductory training students will be given the spiritual base to begin the inner work of establishing themselves from within their Spiritual Nature.
The Family Constellation work is the entry point to the Greater Spiritual Constellations. However, the Greater Spiritual Constellations are movements existing beyond the “Family Soul Authority,” which is rooting the movements of the Family Constellation manifestation of the individual receiving the
constellation for reorganization and placement both internally and externally within the birthing field.
The Greater Constellation work requires profound spiritual development through which the Constellator has access to enter into different levels of the Greater Spiritual Reality and the Greater Spiritual levels of authority - permissions which guide the possibilities and probabilities of what is permitted for each movement.
The evolution of the Constellation work is revealed internally through the greater access of the Creative
Consciousness as “Reality,” as the student opens and develops themselves internally.
A deep spiritual practice and commitment to your spiritual development is essential, for as we advance from the Family Constellations, each participant will be required to enter into the work from within their spiritual authority and to open the door of intercession through the agency of
God, Spirit, and Grace.
This training offers an extraordinary foundation for living in abundance and success, fully supporting and empowering your spiritual, personal, and professional life. Although the title of this training is an Introduction to Spiritual Constellations with Ron Young, no
two trainings are the same. Ron Young provides living teachings.
Ron Young responds to the movements that come through him. He responds to where each of his students are individually, and to the group consciousness. He teaches from within a living field of Creative Intelligence, and provides living teachings. He comes from an oral and transmission tradition. Thus, Ron will not have pre-prepared materials that he will speak about as a university professor would. Ron often says, “I am not a professor.” He is in full trust in the unfolding of the teaching. In this work we are not espousing a theory of human psychology, but rather entering the reality of human spiritual-psychology revealed through direct personal experience.
The flyer shares the range of material that Ron intends to cover. The specifics of how this will unfold depends on the movements in the Field and will be particular to each group.
He will provide lineage teachings, meaning that he will share through experience and teachings of his teachers that he worked closely with. Ron develops his students over the long term, many over a lifetime. He does not create cookie cutters of himself, or his teachers. He draws out from them their "Self" or "Self with God and Spirit" to heal, to live in the fullness of life on earth.
