New York holds a deep Root for Ron Young and his work. Beyond it being his place of birth, it was here in 1976 that Ron first met who he considers to be his “Root Teacher,” Spiritual Master and Spiritual Healer Hilda Charlton. He was guided by Spirit to attend her weekly meditations held at the Church of St. John The Divine in New York City where as he says, “everything changed.” His life entered into 13 years of traditional yogic development based in Advaita Meditation through the wisdom of Hilda’s teachings.

During these years Ron was invited to apprentice with Master Healers Orestes Valdez and Yolanda Betegh. He literally lived in continuous intensive daily training. What he calls his years of being “a mashed potato,” between the three, with the necessity of continuously calling forth the greater nature through demonstration into time and space - to demonstrate the reality of the greater nature. Through Hilda and Orestes, Ron was graced to enter deeply into the reality of the Mother and the Father, the Shakti-Earth Root and the Cosmic Father emanation Source Field.

“Hilda took me out into the yogic reality of absorption into Source. Orestes brought me back to demonstrate the greater reality, into time and space specifically for each client from within the universe of their unique creative consciousness manifestation. Yolanda strengthened the inner stability, focus and greater amplification into the magnetic aspect of the Mother field.”

It is through the grace of these teachers and their many years of demonstrating the Reality of Spirit, their profound guidance based in Love, and many hundreds of hours of hands-on work with him, that Ron became who he is today. Behind the scenes of daily life, beginning in Ron’s childhood, the active presence and continuous assistance of Stylianos Atteshlis (known as Daskalos) and Yogi Ram Surat Kumar were present and remain always present as profound guiding intelligence.

New York remains Ron’s main place of residence and work, and continues to hold him and all those who come for healing in the continuous unfolding and birthing of the work. New York and Ron, held by his teacher’s behind him, welcome each of you as we meet together within.
